According to my cv notes since 1964 i have used multi media installations throughout all my shows and my installations of experimantal photography together with contemporary music as basic primary additional part of the shows. therefore my interest in these matters has deep and few decades old personal aspects, in my personal case... 
the question is residing on the point whether the net-art today is something like photography yesterday -with or beyond aesthetics-, functional and anonymous for multi media interactivity...may be to consider the website totally as a personal subjectivity is the correct attitude when discussing the net art as an alternative one to all commercial vehicle, educational and with entertainment points of common considerations. Meanwhile, with photography it was the objectivity being the phenomenal thing -though i had called my camera a tool of subjectivity...now what about the net art in between these two opposing ends...but as a efficient new technological tool, an immense interactive subjectivity at large and a  creativity potential arena is being clearly well existing and present in the cyberspace dimensions.... such a rich, multi-faceted and yet quite untouched new domain non-comparable ever will soon probably be gaining the "8th art" title next after the cinema...the year 2000 and the new millenium is welcoming the net art and its hypersensitivity, the ink jet odd hyperprints with a great full heart...the photography and the net art analogy totally is my personally experienced observation of the art and technology marriage and their long stretched-argued definitions...
