Sultanahmet which is one of the most shamest places in Istanbul has a street called Sogukcesme between Gulhane Park and Topkapi Palace. It is a historical street and has wooden houses on its both sides. There is also a [cesme] in the middle of this street which looks like as if it wants people to have a drink from it. Actually name of that street is oriented from that fountain. May be lots of thirsty people freshened and many of other had a break next to it in past.
After giving a break at that fountain, while you are downing this old street you may think and try to get a relationship between past and now. Even you may wispher:" God knows, many many people have come and left this old world... "At that moment it is most likely to hear some melodies from a song called Dombra Alamin, which belongs to Dede Korkut. Those melodies takes you immediately to a house not cool at all in contrast to its street's name, Turkish Music House.
